Complete Cybersecurity Awareness Training by April 21!

One week until the deadline. Let’s finish strong, Owls!

We’re in the final stretch! Spring Cybersecurity Awareness Training is due in just one week. So far, 61% of faculty, staff, and student assistants have completed the training; awesome job! Let’s rally together and achieve 100% by the deadline.

If you haven’t had a chance to complete the training yet, now’s the perfect time to knock it out. The training is quick and impactful—it helps keep our entire ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ community safe and secure.

Already finished? Great! Give your teammates a quick nudge; a friendly reminder goes a long way.

Let’s make this a win for all of us. One team. One goal. One secure campus. We’ve got this!

The online training takes approximately 15 minutes.

If you prefer an in-person option or don’t have access to a computer, you can attend the in-person training session on Tuesday, April 15, from 10–10:30 a.m. in the Clendenin Building, Room CL1009 (Kennesaw campus).

What You Need to Know

This training is mandatory for all faculty, staff, and student assistants and must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on April 21. If you miss the deadline, your ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ NetID account will be disabled until you complete the training.

Please Note: The Owl Express Training Dashboard lists a deadline of May 1 because it reflects one minute past the University System of Georgia (USG) official deadline of 11:59 p.m. on April 30. However, ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ has set a firm internal deadline of April 21.

If you do not complete the training by the April 21 deadline, your account will be disabled. Once you complete the training, your access will be restored within 30 minutes.
