Programs Serving Minors
| If a group operates a program or activity that provides care, custody or control of
minors, the Permit Holder must comply with all requirements of the Institution's policy
on programs serving minors. |

Programs Serving Minors Policy

- Ages 4-5: 1 adult for every 5 participants
- Ages 5-8: 1 adult for every 6 participants
- Ages 9- 14: 1 adult for every 8 participants
- Ages 15-17: 1 adult for every 10 participants

³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ Safety and Security
- 1 campus safety police officer is required for every 250 people gathering in a single
space at a given time (i.e. parent night, parent presentation, etc.)
- Camps with participant count above 250 will not be required to have an officer onsite
daily for camp operations
- Check-in/Check-outs are excluded, unless otherwise specified

Insurance
The licensee shall obtain and maintain Commercial Liability Insurance at its own cost.
This insurance must include, but is not limited to, personal and contractual liability
coverage. The minimum limits for this insurance are $1,000,000 per occurrence and
$3,000,000 in aggregate. The policy must cover the licensee's use of the licensed
premises and be issued by a company legally authorized to conduct business in Georgia.
Additionally, the licensee shall obtain and maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance
at its own cost, with the following minimum limits:
Workers Compensation:
- Bodily Injury by Accident: $100,000 per employee
- Bodily Injury by Disease: $100,000 per employee
- Bodily Injury by Disease: $500,000 policy limit
Housing Policies
- No alcohol or drugs may be consumed or brought onto the Licensed Premises.
- No smoking or tobacco use is permitted in any room or apartment or in ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s buildings.
- No firearms, weapons, ammunition (except as specifically allowed by applicable federal or state law), fireworks, explosives or highly flammable materials are permitted within ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s buildings or on ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s property.
- Except for service animals, no animals are permitted in rooms or apartments or in ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s buildings without prior written permission from Housing and Residence Life (HRL).
- No hot plates or cooking appliances are permitted in rooms or apartments. Cooking
may be allowed in kitchen areas only (if applicable).
- No remodeling or renovating of rooms or furniture will be permitted, including, but
not limited to, tampering with electrical or mechanical fixtures, placing of antennas
or appliances out of windows or removing or adding furniture without permission from
HRL.
- No alterations whatsoever of the rooms or apartments are permitted, including attaching
any objects with adhesives, nails or screws without permission from HRL.
- No tampering with or removal of windows or window screens from any part of any building
within the Licensed Premises is permitted.
- No tampering with the fire system or firefighting equipment is permitted.
- No removal of lounge or common area furniture into individual rooms or apartments
without permission from HRL.
- No gambling or solicitation in any form is permitted.
- No parking in the service or fire lanes adjacent to ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s buildings is permitted.
The Housing Policies are a subset of the ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ Codes of Conduct and applies to all clients and guests utilizing ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ facilities.
Please know that this is not an exhaustive list of policies; however, all clients
and guests shall abide by the rules and regulations found in the Residential Handbook and the ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ Codes of Conduct.
