Late Proposal Submission Policy

To support Kennesaw State's research growth, SPA's new Proposal Submission Procedure, effective November 1, 2023, considers proposals submitted less than two business days before the deadline as late. Late proposals will be processed after on-time submissions, with no guarantee of success. Proposals submitted less than four hours before the deadline will not be accepted. A Late Submission Waiver Request, approved by the Associate Dean of Research and the Vice President for Research, is required for late submissions.

Gift vs. Grant

External funding is classified as either a gift or a sponsored project, each managed by different offices. Sponsored projects, typically involving government funds or competitive grants, are handled by Sponsored Programs in the Office of Research and awarded to the 成人直播 Research and Service Foundation (成人直播RSF). Gifts, which are generally less restrictive, are managed by the Division of University Advancement through the 成人直播 Foundation (成人直播F). The classification is determined by reviewing the proposal, budget, and agreement terms, with final decisions made by the Vice President of Research and the Vice President of University Advancement.
